Annual reporting.
How counts are linked back to records, how overrides are audited, and how Smart Draft assists narrative without replacing staff review.
Evidence-linked annual report
The reporting workspace assembles the annual report from the records the program already keeps. Counts trace back to the underlying inspections, IDDE cases, public education events, and other tracked records, so the same number that appears in the report can be opened and audited against the source.
Permit framework template
The WA Phase II Western 2024-2029 permit template is wired today. Other state templates are scoped during onboarding. The template defines required answers, evidence categories, and the structure of the printable output.
Override-any-number with audit log
Any number in the report can be overridden when the underlying records do not capture the full picture (legacy data, a one-time count assembled outside the system). Each override creates a one-line audit-log entry: user, timestamp, original value, new value, and the reason. Overrides are visible in the audit log workspace.
Readiness rollup
The readiness rollup shows required-answer progress, evidence-linked progress, critical items, and a triage-this-week list. Coordinators use it to see what's left at any point in the year, not only at the deadline.
Smart Draft
Smart Draft assists narrative drafting from the evidence already linked to a section. The default mode is deterministic and does not contact an external AI provider. An optional external AI mode can be configured per tenant; even then, customer data does not train cross-tenant models.
Smart Draft does not submit, certify, lock years, give legal advice, or replace staff review. Human approval is required on every saved answer. See /smart-draft-disclosure for the full disclosure.
Print-friendly preview
The reporting workspace produces a print-friendly preview. Save as PDF from the browser, attach to email, or hand to the city attorney for review. Submission stays with the human at your agency through your state agency's channel.
