Pricing
Try the demo. Run a pilot. Scale when it fits.
Start with the self-serve demo — no call, no signup. When it looks like a fit, run a 90-day pilot for a flat $4,900. Annual deployment is custom-priced when you're ready.

A quick note on annual pricing
Why we don't publish an annual number yet.
NPDESTracker is early. Annual customers come in at very different scales — a small utility district looks nothing like a mid-size city, and neither looks like a state DOT. Publishing a single number would mislead most buyers one way or the other.
The pilot price is flat and public on purpose. By the time a pilot wraps, we'll both know enough about your program to price an annual deployment honestly — scoped to team size, modules, onboarding, and support. No surprise invoices, no tier gymnastics.
Implementation
What rollout looks like.
Two to six weeks from contract to live use for a typical MS4 program, depending on scope. Same shape whether you're piloting or rolling out annually.
- 01
Kickoff call
We map your permit, modules, and workflows together. We identify primary users and the data you're bringing in from current tools.
- 02
Data import
We migrate your outfalls, BMPs, and inspection records from spreadsheets, GIS exports, or legacy systems. We do the heavy lifting; your team reviews.
- 03
Configuration
We set up forms, checklists, workflows, and role-based access tuned to your state agency's expectations and your internal processes.
- 04
Training
Live sessions for inspectors, coordinators, and admins. Typically two or three sessions, recorded so your team can reference them later.
- 05
Go-live support
Active support through your first reporting cycle, so nothing catches you off guard in the first quarter.
