What NPDESTracker is

NPDESTracker is browser-based MS4 compliance software for municipal stormwater programs. One workspace covers sites and contacts, inspections, follow-up tasks, IDDE (illicit discharge) intake and the six-stage IDDE workflow, notices and replies, GIS and assets, public education and participation, behavior change campaign tracking, MS4 Metrics supervisor snapshots, an executive readiness dashboard, the audit log workspace, and evidence-linked annual reporting. Modules are configurable per tenant.

The public sample workspace

The public sample workspace is a read-only tour of Dashboard, My Work, Coordinator, Inspections, Sites, Outfalls, Contacts, Organizations, Tasks, Map, and read-only Setup on a fully populated, fictional City of Madrona Phase II tenant. No signup, no call. Nothing can be created, edited, saved, or sent. Messages & Notices is locked in the public demo; Annual Reporting and other expanded modules are shown in guided walkthroughs and customer workspaces.

The guided walkthrough

A guided walkthrough covers what the public sample workspace cannot, including full inspection creation, notice drafts, printable letters, inspection-linked reply records, weather-assisted inspection fields, yearly inspector assignments, behavior change campaign tracking, reporting evidence, imports, exports, setup, and admin workflows. Choosing a plan

Annual plans from $1,499 to $18,000 a year, a free public demo, and a private demonstration on request are listed on /pricing. A short summary:

• Free Demo ($0). A read-only public tour of Dashboard, My Work, Coordinator, Inspections, Sites, Outfalls, Contacts, Organizations, Tasks, Map, and read-only Setup on fully populated, fictional data. Nothing can be created, edited, saved, or sent; Messages & Notices and Annual Reporting are locked.
• Private demonstration (by request). A live walkthrough on your own permit's workflows before you choose a plan; not a purchase. Request one by email.
• Annual plans. Small MS4 Essentials ($1,499/year, up to 2 users), Inspection Starter ($3,499/year, up to 5 users), Inspection Team ($9,499/year, larger team workspace), Full MS4 Platform (from $18,000/year).

All plan prices are plus applicable tax. Prices exclude applicable sales, use, and similar taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the customer's billing or service address and added where required by law.
